Markets held 2700 support today

As posted earlier I identified a support at 2700 level (or around) and today, the market held that level although the trend was gloomy. I expected more turmoil in regards to FED (which is still coming on us) and Trump’s tariffs (this still can come back and spook the investors who already crapped their pants Continue reading →

Nice selloff today! I missed it!!

Today we saw another fairly large sell off. If we measure it by 2017 market standards of doing pretty much nothing but going up.         Today’s decline was just a technical pullback led by a previously overbought tech sector. S&P 500 still making higher highs and higher lows.   Potential trade war Continue reading →

Stock market rebounded after large futures selloff in the morning

Another nice and interesting ride today in the stock market. After resignation of Gary Cohn from Trump’s administration which was announced yesterday at 5:30 ET the futures at S&P and Dow dropped 32.25 points and 400 points respectively. S&P 500 was losing 1.41% and all our trades looked very gloomy. Although I kept saying to Continue reading →

Which stock to buy?

As I mentioned many times before and it is a part of my strategy, I use 50% of my options trading proceeds and buy dividend growth stocks; dividend aristocrats to be exact. As Warren Buffett said that he considers diving stocks an investing blessing, every investors who buys stocks to hold them for a long Continue reading →
