New purchase in ROTH IRA – ConocoPhillips (COP) for 4.60% dividend yield

UPDATE: (04/14/2015) Yesterday, ConocoPhillips price dropped a bit. That allowed me to lower my limit price lower to $67.55. Today, the trigger order fired and executed my limit order. I bought 16 shares of COP today!   In my ROTH IRA account I use a commission free ETF to save money for my next purchase. Continue reading →

Realty income makes money by buying properties and renting them. Their income is from rentals unlike mREITs which are Continue reading →

Commission free wealth building new trade RWX

Commission free wealth building new trade RWX

Another recent flow of trades I realized last week on Friday was a purchase of a commission free ETF SPDR Dow Jones International Real Estate ETF (RWX). This trade is a part of my small money investing experiment. Thus on Friday I invested $91.18 to buy 2 shares of this dividend paying REIT. This ETF Continue reading →

Trade order adjustment – SPDR EURO STOXX 50 (FEZ) in ROTH IRA

Today’s mixed trading session ended SPDR EURO STOXX 50 (FEZ) price movement within my expectations. As I wrote in my previous post “How to invest with small money” I would invest in this ETF to take advantage of investing small money into a commission free ETF. Investing into FEZ is basically an experiment to me. Continue reading →

Portfolio monthly review – November 2010

Portfolio monthly review - November 2010

Here is a monthly review of my Trading account, Roth IRA account and Lending Club account during a bit bumpy market. In November 2010 the market was correcting which was a great opportunity to buy more shares of stocks, mutual funds or ETFs cheaper.
