My weekly review of my portfolios during the last week. Another of my earlier notes which I have bought prior to creating my investing rules seems to be slipping into delinquency. It is once again a note, where the amount is more than 20k. It once again confirms what I was thinking. It would be very rare that those borrowers in times like these we are going through would be able to handle such monthly payment. Some people, who have a large debt claiming to borrow more money to consolidate seem to use the money and never consolidate at all. If you are new to investing with Lending Club, make sure you stick to your rules!

Hey, I was reviewing your Picks and It is a great idea to post them. We can see and follow what you are investing in. I know that you are showing your recent Buys & Sells in the sidebar, but it is not that convenient as your picks every week or day. Also I noticed you made some good progress in investing. Growing up your account from some 2500 dollars up to 7000 is impressive. Good job!
