Expiration Friday tomorrow - collecting gains and creating a ladder

Tomorrow is expiration Friday. My favorite day. Tomorrow I will officially collect my gains. Last Friday (05/17/2013) was the last trading day before options expiration day. I had two options in play for this month. one of them was a covered call for EGHT.
